At MR Silver Jewellery, every creation reflects timeless craftsmanship and considered design. To preserve the integrity of our jewellery and ensure a fair experience, the following policy applies.

Ready-to-Ship Jewellery
Returns may be requested within seven (7) days of delivery provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with packaging and invoice intact.
Returns will not be accepted for worn items, delayed requests, or sale purchases unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Custom-Crafted / Made-to-Order Jewellery
All custom-crafted jewellery is final sale. These pieces are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once production begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video and packaging images. Claims without proof may be declined.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund.
