Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At MR Jewellery (Since 1968, Jodhpur), every piece is BIS hallmarked and quality-checked before it leaves our showroom. Shop with confidence:

1. 7-Day Return (Refund)

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn and returned in original condition with packaging, certificate and invoice. Once we receive and verify the piece, the refund is processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (for Cash on Delivery orders, to your bank account/UPI).

2. 30-Day Exchange

Changed your mind about the design or size? Exchange it within 30 days of delivery for any other product on our website or at our Jodhpur showroom. If the new piece costs more, you pay only the difference; if it costs less, the balance is given as store credit. The item must be unworn and in original condition with invoice.

3. 6-Month Plating Warranty

All gold-polished and plated jewellery (including 92.5 sterling silver with gold/rose-gold/rhodium polish) carries a 6-month plating warranty from the date of delivery. If the plating fades or wears within this period under normal use, we will re-plate it free of cost. The warranty does not cover damage from perfume, chemicals, chlorinated water, physical damage or mishandling.

4. Re-Plating Service (Anytime)

After the warranty period, bring your MR Jewellery piece back to life with our quick re-plating service starting at just Rs. 100 per gram. Visit our showroom or WhatsApp us to arrange a pickup.

5. Custom / Made-to-Order Jewellery

Custom-crafted or personalised pieces (engraving, resizing, made-to-order designs) cannot be returned for refund, but are covered by the plating warranty and re-plating service.
