Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing time depends on product type:
• Ready-to-Ship Jewellery: Dispatched within 2–4 business days
• Custom-Crafted Jewellery: Production and dispatch within 10–20 business days
Estimated Delivery Timelines
• Domestic (India): 5–10 business days after dispatch
• International: 7–15 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges as per the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Refusal to accept delivery or non-payment of customs charges does not qualify for a refund.
